The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Changes and Amendments

Continued use of the Website and Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Language and Interpretation
